Document tracking and expiry compliance
Visas, Emirates IDs, passports, trade licences, insurance policies, certificates — every one of them expires, and every one of them costs you when it lapses. HHaappss Docs keeps them in one place, tied to the person or asset they belong to, and tells you before a deadline becomes a problem.
- Everything in one register. Documents recorded against the employee, vehicle or entity they belong to — with reference numbers, issue and expiry dates, issuing authority and cost.
- Early warning, not hindsight. A dashboard of what has already expired, what expires today, and what's due within the next 7 and 30 days.
- Reminder windows you set. Each document type carries its own lead time, because a trade licence and a visa don't need the same notice.
- Scans kept properly. Attachments are stored outside the public web root and served only through an authorisation check — never by a guessable link.
- View without downloading. PDFs, images, Word and Excel files open in the browser, so sensitive documents don't get scattered across devices.
- Search that finds it. Filter by reference, expiry range, entity or document type when you need one record out of thousands.
- Roles for real teams. Company administrators manage their own users; staff work only within their own company's data.
- Your records stay yours. A company's full document set can be exported and handed over on request.
